Shipping Restrictions

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Maquillage De Mode purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All accessories and manuals must be included
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used makeup products
- Personal care items (brushes, application accessories)
- Perishable goods (snacks and treats)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as « final sale » or clearance
Return Process
